Lustrous, very bright deep orange-red crocoite crystals sitting on a thin plate of gossan matrix with local clay on the other side of the specimen and partly mixed with some crystals from the famous Adelaide mine in Tasmania. Ex. Wayne Cousins collection.

Another nice miniature from Mt Cleveland Mine; display side of the specimen is fully covered with sparkling, lustrous and very sharp dolomite crystal with a few water clear quartz crystals on the opposite side, no damage, no matrix. This aesthetic specimen is from the mine that has been closed for nearly twenty years and specimens are very seldom available to collectors

Fulgurite

Chapple Vale, Otway Ranges, Port Campbell, Victoria, Australia.

Fulgurite is a tubular piece of cemented-fused sand, produced at the impact site of a lightning strike during a thunderstorm. The quartz grains are changed by the intense heat into shiny quartz glass, which is known as lechatelierite, and which may be seen lining the central tubular cavity through the length of the specimen.

Colourful combination of dark salmon rosettes and sprays of lustrous acicular inesite crystals to 20 mm long perched on top of local matrix.

An outstanding miniature of lustrous, bright deep reddish translucent thick interlacing crocoite crystals with minor spots of brown gossan matrix from the famous Adelaide mine in Tasmania. The sharpness, colour and the brightness of crystals will make this a very nice addition to any collection.

Azurite

Mulbunka Copper Mine, Areyonga via Alice Springs,Gardiner Range, Northern Territory, Australia

Dark blue flattened azurites, also known as 'Azurite Suns' lying on, and beautifully contrasting against white Kaolinite Siltstone-Sandstone matrix. This formation of azurite had to grow compressed between kaolinite laterally and in radiating shape.

Very nice specimen, unusual nodule covered with thousands of sparkling dark green micro atacamite crystals fully covering all sides of the specimen; floater, no damage and no matrix.
