Gmelinite-Na

OUTSTANDING large specimen of grey basalt base rock with a couple cavities up to 70 mm wide sprinkled with tiny sparkling, small Analcime crystals and very generously covered with reddish, well formed exceptionally lustrous Gmelinite crystals to 7 mm. Gmelinite belongs to zeolite group of minerals.

Inesite

This is a real gem, a colourful combination of coarse crystallized white fluorapophyllite base with sparkling galena on top and the beautifull rosettes and sprays of exceptionally rich vein of lustrous acicular inesite crystals to15 mm long. One of the best and most aesthetic pieces I have seen in many years.

Azurite

An outstanding small miniature plate of brown limonite matrix with one site completely covered with a carpet of sparkling lustrous deep blue coloured Azurite crystals, a perfect specimen.

Ferrocolumbite   

Giles Prospect, Spargoville, Coolgardie District, Western Australia.

Giles Columbite-Beryl Pegmatite in Western Australia is the source of some great specimen and this one is one of them, a good example of the quality; four black terminated crystals perched on white Albite matrix with the largest crystal measuring some 24 x 14 mm.

Crocoite

They don't come as big as this one any more; solid dark orange-red crystal with contact terminations at both ends and with some minor natural etching and coating of some dark mineral on the opposite side, collected last century in early thirties. Frank Mihajlowitz specimen.

Chrysoprase   

50 km South of Mt Newman, Pilbara Region, Western Australia.

How good is this one? Mother Nature's sculpture of a gem quality delicate green Chrysoprase coated with white chalky disordered Illite. There is also some pale blue-grey thin layers of botryoidal chalcedony that fluoresce bright green, probably due to uranium as a minor impurity, as well as some drusy, dark grey-purple quartz on the pale blue-grey Chalcedony. You can display it, cut lots of nice gems, or carve it into your own creation.

Very fine small nugget with lots of character and aesthetic appeal. Weight is 10.3 grams and the size is some 17 x 10 mm.

Laumonite on Stilbite

An excellent colourful specimen of white tiny Laumonite crystals sprinkled and sharply contrasting all over small dark orange-redish crystals of Stilbite completely covering the top side of the base rock.

A cluster of intergrown hexagonal pyromorphite crystals to 10 mm on one side and the other side is fully covered with tiny lustrous pyromorphite needles.
