 Mother Nature's sculpture of a gem quality delicate green Chrysoprase coated with white chalky disordered Illite. There is also some pale blue-grey thin layers of botryoidal chalcedony that fluoresce bright green, probably due to uranium as a minor impurity, as well as some drusy, dark grey-purple quartz on the pale blue-grey Chalcedony. You can disay it, cut lots of nice gems, or carve it ito your own creation.
