A shallow indentation in the brown limonite gossan is completely covered with a carpet of velvety acicular blue-green crystals of aurichalcite.

Aragonite   SOLD

Wensan Mine, Dulong Sn-Zn Deposit, Wenshan Co., Wenshan Autnomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China.

Presence of copper gave this beautiful blue colour to a sponge like formation of aragonite from a rather new discovery in China.

Transparent light gray terminated smoky quartz crystal generously covered all around the lower part of the crystal with lustrous gemmy spessartine variety garnet crystals.

Azurite   SOLD

Shilu Mine, Yangchun o., Yangjiang Prefecture, Guangdong Province, China.

A nodule of crystallized deep blue lustrous azurite rosettes, completely covering the piece on all sides, a floater specimen. The white spots on the picture are just reflections of the light. Good specimen.

Dozens of pyromorphite spays and fans scattered like a forest over the top of brown coated base rook, with lustrous to 5 mm olive green needles of pyromorphite.

A good example of grossular, a member of garnet family, nice yellow-greenish-light brown crystal from this prolific garnet locality in Mexico.

What a combination; hubnerite crystals to 30 mm long sitting embedded in quartz with a number of small water-clear to translucent terminated quartz crystals growing in al directions on one side of hubnerite; and there is bonus, three yellow-green terminated sheltie crystals 5 mm across re attached to a couple of larger hubnerite crystals.
