A very good piece with unusually large sections of olivine, variety peridot crystals. Formed more than a million years ago deep down under earth's crust and brought to the surface by volcanic eruptions this "Olivine Bombs", also known as "Volcanic Bombs", have a rough pitted surface of scoria, but when cut or broken they come to life exhibiting thousands of sugar like sparkling green crystals of olivine.
